Hinckley Cycle Race Club AGM will be held from 7:30pm Tuesday December 5th at the New Plough Inn. The outline of our agenda will be: Free drink, Free buffet, Chair’s speech including year review and financial status. Confirmation of club membership fees and membership management tool. Election of the new committee. Full details will be posted later. Please come and join us for the AGM, you’ve a chance to socialise and to help shape the club. * Please answer this event as “Going/not going” (on the Facebook page) so that we have an idea of numbers to cater for.

At last night’s committee meeting (02.10.23) Mac Adcock performed his last role as HCRC Treasurer by handing all documents back to the committee.  As of today (03.10.23) Mac & Sarah travel to Scotland to start their retirement.   HCRC wish them both well and a great retirement. For anyone who remembers our breakfast stop at The View during our epic ride into the Cotswolds a few years ago. Well, I’ve finally got round to putting it on as a club ride for this Sunday (1st October). I’m going to have to book a table/s, so let me know asap. 8:30 at the Bandstand to arrive at 10:30 ish for breakfast.   Please see the face book page for full details.
